For our sustenance, we ate lots of delicious vegetarian dishes, courtesy of Mandala’s own Prana Restaurant. I fell in love with the cardamom muffins, which I had at breakfast, twice in a row. For lunch, I had the crispiest Greek Salad in lemon and olive oil vinaigrette, very simple yet tasty Pasta with Tomato and Herb Sauce, and for dinner, some light and flavorful Pan Fried Tofu with vegetables in peanut sauce. For dessert, I ate a sweet and delectable Apple Crumble with some mint tea on the side. Heavenly!
