The vast event space offers unlimited possibilities as a platform to stage events, classes and workshops. It is the first of its kind and an architectural masterpiece by our founder Dieter Schrottmann, built with sacred dimensions, and a self-supporting woven bamboo dome created with organic materials found on the island.

Fitness for the New Age classes are held by professional instructors include Yoga, Taebo, Zumba, Jazz, Pole Dancing, Belly Dancing and more. Visiting Masters of different disciplines are often invited to share their knowledge and skills with Mandala Spa & Resort Villas’ staff, guests and island residents through life-changing workshops.

Daily Yoga Classes

(Open to the public / Walk-In)

Yoga is a cornerstone in Mandala Spa’s approach to holistic wellness and individual wellbeing. Refreshing and deepening, it facilitates living in balance and harmony with life’s natural rhythm. As such, daily Yoga classes are available for the community and for tourists at 8:30am.

During the lean Habagat (monsoon) season, classes are held on certain days so kindly contact us or visit our Facebook page for schedules

Hatha Yoga with Theresa Szewczuk

(Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 8:30am)

This class includes the practice of Asanas and Pranayama, which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing you for deeper spiritual practice.

Ashtanga Yoga with Frank

(Starts in September 2017)

This method of power yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures, focusing on the Primary Series sequence.

Hatha Yoga with Nicole

(Starts in October 2017)
This class includes the practice of Asanas and Pranayama, which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing you for deeper spiritual practice.

Special Yoga classes with certified instructors for Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow, Anusara, Hatha, Visananda and pre-natal Yoga in all levels are available to suit your style. Lessons can be enjoyed as a group or individually, making the experience personalized, discreet and very enjoyable for all ages. Energize and tone your body, still your mind and calm your emotions in one of our Yoga classes.

Taebo with Richard

Taebo is an excellent cardiovascular workout, effective in toning and defining the body`s musculature, helps to improve balance, flexibility and coordination.


A total body fitness system that incorporates techniques such as kicks and punches, this class is a combination of martial arts and boxing with some dance moves mixed in. Tae-Bo promises to tone the body while giving a good cardiovascular workout. It is designed to burn fat, help with losing weight and teach some self-defense techniques.

Pole & Jazz Dance Classes with Ed Aniel

Pole & Jazz Dancing develops a strong body and builds stomach strength, as well as toning the thighs and lower leg muscles. It improves the natural posture and flexibility.

Learning this craft while enjoying an exhilarating workout with no less than Pole Dance Pioneer, Pole & Jazz Dance Instructor, and Pole Academy Philippines Founder Ed Aniel is a privilege and a fun way to dance your way to fitness.

Combining his passion for jazz and ballet, and incorporating his signature dance moves with pole dancing tricks with a cardio workout, his Pole Dance and Jazz Dance classes improve strength, flexibility, body tone, grace, posture while learning the latest dance moves!
Celebrities, foreign pole dancers, teachers and members of other pole dance groups have, at one time or another, studied pole dance under Ed Aniel.

Electro Muscular Stimulation (EMS) Fitness Sessions with Mauro Pagan

The only one in Boracay, EMS is a full body training exercise using impulse current to enhance fitness training with no strain on your joints and with highly effective results.
